Congratulations to Professor Daniel Borzutzky, National Book Award Nominee!

It is our great pleasure to announce that poet and Wright English department faculty member Daniel Borzutzky has been recognized by the National Book Foundation in their prestigious National Book Award nominations. His recent publication, The Performance of Becoming Human, has been named among the nation’s top ten books of poetry for 2016. Finalists will be chosen in mid-October, and the winner will be announced in November.

Congratulations to Professor Borzutzky for achieving this great honor!
